A simple and classic Polish dish featuring tenderized pork chops, breaded and fried to a golden crisp. This recipe could not be any easier to make and tasty as well. Feel free to adjust the seasoning with garlic and/or onion powder….or your own all-purpose seasoning salt. You really can’t do too much wrong to this recipe unless you go overboard on the salt.
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless pork chops
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil for frying

Assembly and Cooking Instructions:
- Pound the pork chops to about 1/4 inch thickness.
- Season both sides with salt and pepper.

- Fry each cutlet for about 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
